KILMORE WEST YOUTH PROJECT IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT TO TWO POSITIONS:
AN EARLY INTERVENTION WORKER (**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE** YEARS) AND A
YOUTH JUSTICE WORKER (**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE** YEARS).
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, creative individuals to
apply for the above roles. Kilmore West Youth Project (KWYP) is a
community-based youth and family service governed by a voluntary board
of directors. We provide a range of supports and services to meet the
needs of young people and families in the area. We work from a strong
values base, including equality, empowerment and respect. We have
grown as a service over the last year and are now looking for two
individuals to come join our growing organisation. In KWYP we value
and support all our employee’s. We understand that this work can be
difficult at times and the issues effecting the participants we work
with can be complex, we therefore encourage self-care practices and
support one another through teamwork, supervision, check ins and
training. There will also be a robust and supportive probation
process. We adhere to CDYS salary pay scales, implement public sector

POSITION 1: EARLY INTERVENTION WORKER
SALARY: In line with CDYS Youth Worker scale
HOURS: Full time, * hrs per week
REPORTING TO: Belmayne Youth Diversion Project Leader (position based
in Belmayne)
STARTING DATE: ASAP
ANNUAL LEAVE: * days
